We offer Standard (Post Export) and Express (FedEx) Shipping options both of which are available at your checkout.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Make sure to get informed about your country's import taxes before placing your order.

Prints are generally fragile items and not meant to be transported back and forth so therefore they are not eligible for regular returns. We accept returns and offer refunds if the print arrived in an intact outer package but its contents are damaged, or if the print has printing errors. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original undamaged packaging.
Please make sure to contact us immediately and ship items back within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days we are unable to accept returns or issue any refunds.

We are not able to accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:
-If the package and prints are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. This includes damages made by the customer or damages that potentially could occur in transport by courier services. Please inspect the package on delivery. Slightly battered tubes are pretty common and usually fine, but please pay close attention to the tube and make sure it doesn’t have any deep cuts and that the tube isn’t damaged so much that it’s open exposing the inner content in any way.
-Any item that is returned later than 7 days after delivery.
-Sale/Discounted Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale or items with applied discounts cannot be refunded.

IMPORTANT: Please contact your local Post Office to learn about the procedures in your country in the case of the delivery of damaged packages in transport. We strongly advise you do not accept the deliveries with clearly visible damages on the outer package and demand it be logged as damaged by a courier on the spot or in the Post Office. Only if the package is logged as damaged by a courier on the spot or in your Post Office and if you refuse to accept the delivery of the damaged package, are we able to assist you in getting a refund from the Post Office and reprinting/re-sending the new print back to you as soon as possible.

Conditions of return

In the events of returned packages of prints damaged due to our error where the outer package is undamaged, all prints must be returned in original condition and in the original, undamaged packaging and they must have tracking information. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not fulfill these criteria or that are not eligible for return.

As for the returns of damaged outer packages, please refuse to accept the damaged package and follow the instructions of the courier or your local Post Office on how to return the package.
Please note that you are responsible for the shipping back to us. Returns happen at your own risk and your own expense.

Cancellations

Since these are items that are printed on demand with every purchase, we have a 24 hours cancellation policy in case you change your mind and wish to cancel your order. After 24 hours expires and after the print is made we will not be able to accept cancellations.

Exchanges

You may exchange the print for another one in the shop during the first 24 hours after your purchase. To do so, please email Ivana directly at besevic.ivana@gmail.com and prepare a link with the print you wish to exchange. After the 24 hours expires, we will make the print and exchange will not be possible. We do not accept exchanges after the print has been delivered to you, since these are fragile items that cannot withstand too much handling or several shipping back and forth. These items are made to be stretched and framed as soon as they arrive so they can stay protected and last for years.

The code is available for regular purchases of all items in the shop except for the items on sale and for prints on demand.

Purchasing a gift card sends an email with a unique gift card code to their recipient. After the recipient receives their gift card, they can redeem it by purchasing products and entering the gift card code at checkout.

Gift cards apply to the order total, including tax, shipping, and any transaction fees. If the order total exceeds the gift card value, they'll pay the remaining amount using the store's supported payment methods (PayPal) or another gift card.

If their order total is less than the gift card value, they can complete checkout without another payment method. The amount applied and remaining value displays in the gray box and in the order receipt.

Our store offers 4 gift card options for 4 different values of prints and shipping options.

For larger editions of 100:

50x70cm Print + Standard Shipping = 215€

50x70cm Print + Express shipping = 265€

For smaller editions of 50:

60x60cm Print + Standard Shipping = 270€

60x60cm Print + Express Shipping = 320€

If your favorite artwork is not listed in the shop you can reach out about adding one for you to the shop.

The cost for individual prints on demand is the same as for our smaller editions prints tier, which is 250€ per print plus the shipping cost of your choice (standard or express). The sizes are also the same as other prints: 50x70cm or 60x60cm.

If you are interested in larger sizes we can form a price based on that particular size.
