Returns, cancelations & exchanges
All our prints are high quality limited editions printed on demand as soon as they are ordered and therefore not eligible for regular returns. For this reason, we urge you to plan carefully before placing your order. We are available to answer any questions to help you in the process at firstname.lastname@example.org
We accept returns and offer refunds only if the print arrived in an intact outer package but its contents are damaged, or if the print has printing errors. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Important: Please make sure to contact us immediately and ship items back within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, after 7 days we are unable to accept returns or issue any refunds.
We are not able to accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:
- If the package and prints are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. This includes damages made by the customer or damages that potentially could occur in transport by courier services.
- Any item that is returned later than 7 days after delivery.
- Sale/Discounted Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or items with applied discounts cannot be refunded.
IMPORTANT: Please contact your local Post Office to learn about the procedures in the case of the delivery of damaged packages in transport. We strongly advise you do not accept the damaged package and demand it be logged as damaged by a courier on the spot or in the Post Office if you are picking up the package there. Only if the package is logged as damaged by a courier on the spot or in your Post Office and if you refuse to accept the delivery of the damaged package, are we able to assist you in getting a refund from the Post Office and reprinting/re-sending the new print back to you as soon as possible.
If you wish to organize an express delivery via FedEx that arrives in 3-5 days please email us to talk in more detail about this particular type of shipment.
Cancelations and exchanges
Since these are items that are immediately printed on demand with every purchase, all sales are final and we do not accept exchanges or cancellations.
But please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any issues with your order.
Conditions of return
In the events of returned packages, all prints must be returned in original condition and in the original, undamaged packaging and they must have tracking information. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not fulfill these criteria or that are not eligible for return.
Please note that you are responsible for the shipping back to us. Returns happen at your own risk and your own expense.
